Produce arrives at the gate, then comes to the dock. Dock Ops is where you record what actually came in, weigh it, count it, and check its quality.

Who does what

کون سا کام کس کا ہے

Four different people can work on the same lot, in any order. Each person can only save their own part. If a part is grey and says “view only”, that part is not your job — call the person whose job it is.

Step 2 may not be on your screen

Some stores do not use a weighbridge. In those stores the steps read 1, 3, 4 — there is no Step 2 at all. This is normal. Nothing is broken.

This is the first thing you see. Every vehicle waiting for dock work is listed here.

Your daily habit

Work from the top of the list downwards. The oldest vehicle is at the top — that driver has been waiting longest.

What this step does: it links the vehicle to the correct agreement — the paper the store signed with that grower. Nothing else can be saved until this is done.

If it says “This grower has no posted agreement”

Stop. Do not continue. Call the office — the grower’s agreement has not been made or signed yet. This is not something you can fix at the dock.

Why a step won’t open

2Grey message. It says “Section 2” but it means **Step 1, Identity**. Save Step 1 first.گرے پیغام۔ اس پر “Section 2” لکھا ہے لیکن مطلب **مرحلہ ۱، شناخت** ہے۔ پہلے مرحلہ ۱ محفوظ کریں۔

Known wording problem — the screen says the wrong number

The message reads “Save Section 2 (identity) first.” Identity is Step 1 on the screen, not Section 2. Same thing, wrong number. This will be corrected in the software later.

What “saved” looks like

After storage, Edit disappears

Once the lot has been given a place in the store, the Edit buttons go away. After that only a supervisor can send the lot back for correction.

Quality Assessment

3Average weight per crate. **At least one of A-grade or B-grade is required** — this is the weight the bill is made from.فی کریٹ اوسط وزن۔ **اے یا بی گریڈ میں سے کم از کم ایک لازمی ہے** — بل اسی وزن سے بنتا ہے۔

The weighbridge weight is NOT the billing weight

The bill is calculated from the average crate weight measured here in Step 4 — not from the weighbridge. The weighbridge reading is only a record.

If the screen shows red writing

The computer sometimes shows technical English. Find your message below and do what the last column says.

Never do this

Never guess a number to make a red message go away. A wrong crate count or wrong weight becomes a wrong bill for the grower.
